We use it to provide the site and the alerts or purchases you ask for, reply to your requests, send account emails, understand how the site is used, and prevent abuse. If you send a help or lab request, we read it and reply by email. We won't give your details to a lab or firm until you say so.
We use these services to run the site: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (payments) and Google Analytics (site use). We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or those of others.
We don't sell the information you give us through our forms.
We also hold water system contact details from EPA's public records, such as an operator's name, phone number and email. They appear in our paid state market briefs, and we may use them to contact a system. To ask us to stop emailing you or to leave your details out of future briefs, email info@pfascomply.com.
We use a cookie to remember your profile on this browser, and Google Analytics sets its own cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.
We keep your information while your account or request is active, until you ask us to delete it, or as long as the law requires.
This site is for water system and industry professionals. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
