Alabama PFAS funding: who has been named and who has been awarded

How to read this. Every line is copied from a state document, linked beside it. Amounts mean different things on different lists (a request, a reservation, an approved loan, an estimated project cost), so we show each with its label and never add them up. “Awarded” means a state body approved it, not that money has been paid. A funding record is not a finding of any violation, and “not in EPA's survey” does not mean a system was never tested: states and utilities run their own sampling.
