The town will use the funding for a project to extend a water main from the Dunstable Water Department distribution system to the Pepperell Water Department system at Jersey Street in Pepperell. One of Pepperell's water supply wells has been out of service because of PFAS levels exceeding the Massachusetts drinking water standard and PFAS levels at another source have been increasing.
